So EOA is returning to the blind pig with our friends Souldub. The last show we played with them was a huge success, and this one's going to be even better.

A quick update: in recent months Essence of Ape has been learning a lot of covers so that we can play at bars. We've finally reached the point where we can play long enough sets, so now we've devoted all of our energy to writing songs again.

We're going to be debuting at least three new songs for the Blind Pig show, most of which were conceived in several all day jams at Dan's place in Ann Arbor.
